Επιστολή Υπουργείου εξωτερικών προς Λυριτζή. Στις 16 Ιουλίου 1896 ο Λυριτζής στέλνει επιστολή προς υπουργό Σκούζεν. Επιστολή για μάχη Γρεβενών – Σαμαρίνας 30 Σεπτεμβρίου 1896. Επιστολή για να δηλώσει ανησυχία για τη δημιουργία συμμοριών ληστών στην Ελλάδα.
